Training Courses – Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policies

Terms and Conditions:

  • MINIMUM 6 students per course, MAXIMUM 12
  • A sliding price scale will apply for a course with less than 6 students enrolled
  • Course bookings close 5 days prior to the start of each course
  • Bookings are to be made using our online booking form
  • Invoices will be sent on receipt of online booking registration
  • In order to secure your place on a course, a 25% deposit for the course in question must be made to Deal Alliance within one week of receiving the invoice.
  • Full payment is due 1 week prior to course commencement
  • For on site training please email your enquiries directly to: info@dealalliance.co.za
  • Courses will be postponed should there be insufficient delegate bookings
  • Payments received for postponed courses will be reimbursed in full
  • Deal Alliance reserves the right to amend courses and course dates if deemed necessary.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Cancellation of a course 15 days prior to course commencement – no charge
  • Cancellation 5 – 14 days prior to course commencement – 50% of course fee payable
  • Cancellation under 5 days of course commencement will be considered a “no show” – 100% of course fee payable
  • Under exceptional circumstances we will keep payment of a course and allow the delegate to attend the next course if it is held in the month following the course for which payment was made, on the understanding that our terms and conditions above are met.
